We run 6 physio led pilates classes a week and have spaces for beginners or improvers.
All of our classes are taught by Chartered Physiotherapists and class numbers are limited to a maximum of 9 per class.
We also offer 1:1 or 1:2 private pilates sessions.
Booking is essential for all classes so please get in touch to book a place or click on the 'classes' tab for our timetable and description of each class.
It is possible to start at any point during a block of classes.
