We currently run 7 Physio led Pilates classes a week and have spaces for beginners or improvers. This is a mixture of in person classes and Zoom classes.
All of our classes are taught by either Rachel or Fiona who are both Chartered Physiotherapists.
The in person classes are limited to 8 clients per class and Zoom classes 12 clients.
We also offer 1:1 or 1:2 private Pilates sessions again in person or on Zoom.

It is possible to start at any point during a block of classes.
